Hi, I’m Charlene
I grew up in Alaska (Inupiaq/Scandinavian), on the traditional homeland of the Dena’ina Athabascans, where eating, harvesting, and enjoying wild foods from the land is quite common. What a gift! Continuing to cultivate that innate love and especially a fulfilling relationship with food is what initially drew me to this work. Along my journey, I’ve found that each of us possesses an intuitive eater, which contrary to the latest diet industry protocol, does want us to feel satisfied and cared for.
My Approach
With my training in the core elements of Intuitive Eating, Body Trust®, and Health At Every Size (HAES), I help people who long to feel at home in their bodies but are burdened by the constant message that we’re never enough or are not doing enough. I take great pleasure in offering a highly personalized approach rooted in developing a strong relationship with each of my clients.
All bodies are worthy of respect.
My job is never to fix you but to create a sustainable space where you are free to explore what your body truly craves, without food or diet rules.
